Due to Shaykh ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri's commitements there will be no Al-Hidayah event this year. Keep checking for updates regarding Al-Hidayah 2009 and the one-day event on 30th August 2008 which Shaykh-ul-Islam will be presiding.
Many people have emailed us regarding the Al-Hidayah lecture DVDs for 2005, 2006 and 2007. For your information the Al-Hidayah 2007 DVDs have not yet been released and will be released soon. Ash-Shaykh Abd' al-Rahman al-Hammami from Damascus will be giving Tajweed lessons everyday after Fajr at Al-Hidayah 2007, so make sure you bring your Holy Qur'an with you.
Shaykh ul Islam has confirmed that in his opening lecture on Friday 24th of Al-Hidayah he will select 100 verses from Mawlana Rumi's Masnavi to commentate on. He will then begin his lectures regarding Usool al-Hadith (The Science of Hadith) on Saturday.
